The Howlin' Aces are a band of blues masters:  Robert Neal, Lee Cohen, John McMeekan, and Bob Berman playing the blues and featuring their good friends Johnny Vernazza on guitar and Gabriel Nathanael on the harp. The Howlin' Aces play songs from old-time bluesmen, such as Albert and BB King, Muddy Waters, Little Walter, Shuggie Otis, and Junior Wells, and they re-create these tunes with a stylistic dose of funk, jazz, and rock n roll.

  Johnny Vernazza is a living legend and has played with stars such as Carlos Santana, Jerry Garcia, Steve Miller, Chuck Berry, Duane Allman, and Elvin Bishop.  His sizzling slide guitar has been immortalized in numerous recordings with the above-mentioned musicians, and you'll get to hear him live and in person.

 Gabriel Nathanael is a locally/regionally famous harmonica player with his roots in Chicago blues.  He's the leader of the Gabriel Nathanael Band and has played blues festivals throughout the country.
